Mission: Train qualified disabled veterans in career positions such as market researchers, data managers, emergency hotline responders, website order processors, help desk managers, customer care and customer service coordinators, virtual administration and other data management services. If interested in pursuing a career in the Telecommunications Industry, while working from home, this might be the professional development course for you.
The Course: Call Center Management, a rigorous 15-week, web based on-line classroom and practical training in the Call Center industry. At the conclusion of the training program, each veteran trainee will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Suite business applications and a complex, VOIP predictive dialing system that is utilized world-wide. The actual instruction is based on the EST zone standard.
The Instructors: All VBTC instructors are former military service members and trainers – the best of the best! To ensure program quality, all of the current instructors have gone through the training course and are experts on the curriculum and trained specifically to address any obstacles facing VBTC trainees. The VBTC program and instructional staff are managed by the Purple Heart Service Foundation and adhere to strict instructional and professional standards.
